What is SalonStocker?

One screen instead of five.

SalonStocker is a free ordering platform for Australian hair and beauty salons. It puts every supplier you already use in one place: one search, one cart, one checkout. Orders go to the suppliers you already have, at the rates they already give you.

SalonStocker doesn't sell products, set prices or handle deliveries. It's not a wholesaler or buying group. Your suppliers get the order exactly as they would if you'd logged into their portal directly. Nothing changes except the hassle.

It's free for salons: no subscription, no transaction fees, no catch. Suppliers pay a small commission on orders placed through the platform. That's the whole model.

Most salons order from three to five suppliers, and most still do it the old-fashioned way: a different portal, login, product name and checkout for each one, every week. Orders end up scattered across portals, emails and texts. You run out of 6% developer mid-colour. You reorder the wrong thing because every supplier labels it differently. You have no single view of what you actually spend, because the data is split across five systems.

We started SalonStocker with a simple question: why can't ordering just remember what I buy, remind me before I run out, and send the order to the right supplier? That's what we built.

How does SalonStocker make money if it's free for salons?
Suppliers pay a small commission on orders placed through the platform. That's the whole model. Salons never pay a subscription, transaction fee or card. You get the same rates your suppliers already give you.
Is SalonStocker live yet?
It's in early access. We're onboarding a founding group of Australian salons and suppliers now, and building the product around what they tell us. Joining the waitlist gets you a personal onboarding call, not a marketing drip.
Will my suppliers know I'm using SalonStocker?
Yes. Your suppliers receive and fulfil orders exactly as they normally would. We route the order to the right supplier; they handle pricing, delivery and your account from there.
I only order from one or two suppliers. Is it still worth it?
It's most useful once you're juggling three or more. Most Australian salons end up there over time, with colour from one supplier, tools from another and retail from a third. That's when the logins start piling up.
What happens to my order data?
Your order history is yours and it's used to run your account: repeat orders, restock reminders and a single view of what you spend. We don't sell it.
How do suppliers get listed?
Suppliers list their catalogue for free and pay a commission only when a salon orders through the platform. They keep their own pricing, terms, reps and customer relationships. Details are on the suppliers page.
Can it help me stop running out of colour mid-service?
That's why we built restock reminders. SalonStocker tracks what you order and when, and flags it before you're likely to run out.
Is this available outside Australia?
Not yet. SalonStocker connects to Australian salon suppliers and is built for Australian salons only, for now.
