Do I have to change suppliers?
No. You keep your accounts, your reps and your delivery terms. We only build the order.
Will I get my usual prices?
Yes — your negotiated pricing applies. We never touch supplier pricing and add no markup.
Are you a distributor or buying group?
Neither. We're the ordering layer on top of the suppliers you already buy from.
Can I order from multiple suppliers in one go?
That's the point. One cart, split into one order per supplier, with each minimum checked before you send.
How do I know I'm stocking the right products?
Your own order history drives the low-stock nudges, so “the usual” reflects what your salon actually uses.
How are returns and disputes handled?
